This role is responsible for managing and supporting all operational and customer service related matters including; responding to all customer inquiries in an accurate and timely manner, attaining depot performances, ensuring system data integrity and accurate/prompt reporting by depot, reducing operational cost and managing the efficient and cost effectiveness of positioning containers, so as to meet and exceed company expectation.
This role is responsible for providing Marketing and Sales leadership in all areas of Seaco’s operation in Europe, including management of our sales offices in Hamburg, Paris, Antwerp, Gothenburg and Moscow. Additionally, they will supervise agents in Spain and Portugal.
