This role is responsible for managing and supporting all customer service and operational related matters, including responding to all customer inquiries in an accurate and timely manner, attaining depot performances, ensuring system data integrity and accurate/prompt reporting to meet and exceed company expectation.
This role is responsible for focusing on all aspects of account relationship management to strengthen the existing client bases for the leasing of Capex and Depot equipment, help develop new business, new markets, and meet the companies’ objectives for service, growth and reputation. Administrative duties will include maintaining and renewing contract portfolios, customer CRM database upkeep and sales lead tracking.
