  • Manage equipment maintenance & repair cycle and turnaround time
  • Manages depot productivity, performance and enquiries
  • Perform and support regular depot audits to ensure necessary standards and processes are met
  • Coordinate depot repair priority
  • Provide consulting, and cross functional support on matters related to business processes to both internal & external parties
  • Enforce Seaco’s Operations policy and procedures.
