This role is responsible for the management of the operational and technical performance of the designated depots within the assigned area of responsibilities. To meet or exceed company’s established qualitative and quantitative objectives through implementation and execution of maintenance and operational procedures, policies, criteria, guidelines and Key Performance measurements.
This role is responsible for focusing on all aspects of account relationship management to strengthen the existing client base, helping develop new business, new markets, and meeting the companies’ objectives for service, growth and reputation. Administrative duties will include maintaining and renewing contract portfolios, customer CRM database upkeep and sales lead tracking.
