This role is responsible for managing and supporting all operational and customer service related matters, including responding to all customer inquiries in an accurate and timely manner, attaining depot performances, ensuring system data integrity and accurate/prompt reporting by depot, reducing operational cost, manage the efficient and cost effectiveness of positioning containers, so as to meet and exceed company expectation.
This role is responsible for identifying, procuring and maintaining the most cost-effective, reliable, efficient, and growth enabling infrastructure to support our business. This includes the global WAN, cloud-based IaaS and SaaS, on-premise physical & virtualised infrastructure.
