To manage all collections activities of our Americas customers in accordance with established policies, practices and procedures that preserving overall quality of accounts receivable by maximizing A/R turnover and minimizing risk of bad debts. The position is responsible to communicate and negotiate with customers to obtain payment on their debt; report on the performance of Americas collections and being aware of the potential changes to the payment schedules from our customers and liaise with internal stakeholders.
Reporting to the Regional Operations Director in Houston, this role is responsible for the management of the operational and technical performance of the designated depots within the assigned area of responsibilities, so as to meet or exceed company’s established qualitative and quantitative objectives through implementation and execution of maintenance and operational procedures, policies, criteria, guidelines and Key Performance measurements.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer this role is responsible for coordinating the working rhythm of Seaco’s global commercial function with respect to planned meetings, scheduled deliverables and outputs and monitoring of commercial performance against KPI’s. The DCO will also assist with the development of the annual commercial plan and budget. The production of long, medium and short-term Sales pipelines and market trends in association with the product function will be a regular feature.
