This role is responsible for managing and supporting all customer service and operational related matters, including responding to all customer inquiries in an accurate and timely manner, attaining depot performances, ensuring system data integrity and accurate/prompt reporting to meet and exceed company expectation.

To respond to external and internal inquiries in an accurate and timely manner, attaining depot performances, ensuring system data integrity and accurate/prompt reporting by depot, reducing operational cost, to meet and exceed company expectation.
This role is responsible for all technical, engineering and maintenance/repair matters, ensuring that the company’s equipment/assets are compliant with all governmental/industry legislation, Seaco specification, and environmental requirement. Other responsibilities include quality of new built equipment, depot’s estimation/repair, M&R related cost effectiveness, product innovations and internal/external support on all technical/engineering matters.

We work from 14 offices around the world, including our main office based in Singapore with over 90 employees; and regional offices in Hamburg, Miami and London all the way down to a number of two person offices in other global locations.
