Effective as of Thursday 15th December 2011 (the “Transaction Date”), full ownership of the entity known as GE SeaCo SRL as of the Transaction Date and its subsidiaries and the entity known as GE SeaCo America LLC as of the Transaction Date (collectively, the "Container Leasing Companies") transferred to HNA of China, and General Electric Capital Corporation and SeaCo Ltd. (the successor to Sea Containers Ltd, "Old SeaCo") no longer have any interest in the Container Leasing Companies.
The Container Leasing Companies will be renamed Seaco SRL and Seaco America LLC.
